-Due to the custom nature of our items there are NO REFUNDS.

-We allow for exchanges. You have 14 days after your receive the item to setup an exchange. You can call or text us at 347-575-4270 to setup exchange. We will gladly guide you through the process.

-You will be responsible for return shipping.

-We recommend you use UPS as your return carrier.

-Please make sure Item is brand new with tags and is not worn and no odors or stains are on the coat.
